Meet Jeff

A rare combination of in-depth experience across commercial construction and real estate and with a family background in architecture and design, Jeff set out to achieve success through his true passion, development. As co-founder of Cornerstone Development Group, Jeff brings his development expertise, a history of elite levels of success and an unwavering determination to build a brand that will make our community proud.

Throughout his career Jeff has been directly involved in all aspects of commercial real estate development including land acquisition, entitlement, finance, design, construction, leasing and investor relations. This knowledge and experience gained from a life dedicated to development has become a bedrock for Cornerstone’s success. With creativity, integrity, and transparency at his core, Jeff uses his experience and drive to enable our clients to feel engaged and empowered with knowledge as they confidently move forward.

Beginning in 2000 working with Tellepsen Builders, Jeff went on to build his own company from the ground up as owner-operator of KACI Builders. During this period, Jeff collectively managed over $300 million in construction volume and acted as the developer for many of his clients. Using an end-to-end approach, Jeff assisted in everything from site selection to building turnover. Career projects include Medical Office Buildings, Professional Office Buildings, more than 500,000SF of retail space, interior build-out, ground up and several residential developments.
